International Student's Leadership Program
Building Strong Sustainable Futures for Generations
Students Learning International Leadership Skills
The PWIC Global Impact International Student's Leadership Program was created by PWIC’s humanitarian women leaders who recognized the importance of preparing students for the rapidly changing world and future careers.
Their vision was to inspire students to dream big, discover and develop their unique talents, and pursue career opportunities in new and unfamiliar fields.
Mentorship, education, and training
The program selected students who were family members, former mentees, or personally known to the women leaders.
Many of these students were unaware of their natural gifts and talents; some had experienced trauma and required support and guidance to thrive.
We met students where they were in life, providing mentorship, education, and training to help them lead with dignity and integrity while empowering families and communities to become stronger.
Building future leaders
Students became enthusiastic about exploring career paths they had never considered before. Through the program, they discovered their innate abilities and learned about emerging careers essential for the future.
Our mission is to nurture resilient future leaders, promote generational wealth and well-being, and build a stronger society for generations to come.
